Gevaudan Dogs (pronounced "Jevverdon" Dogs) is the latest punk rock ensemble from Leeds. Brainchild of songwriter and guitarist Vince Cayo, the four-piece bring energetic and impactful sounds similar to acts like Social Distortion, Stiff Little Fingers and The Clash.

A supergroup made up mostly of veterans of the Leeds music scene like The Yalla Yallas, Riot Street Rebels, and Queer of Hearts, the band have been developing their sound and performing across West Yorkshire
leading to the release of their first album ‘This is the sound of Gevaudan Dogs’.

The album does exactly what it says on the tin, this is simply the sound of Gevaudan Dogs. It's got the relentless urgency of punk mixed in with some surf twang and folk storytelling.
Singles from the album, “Down the Pathway” and “I Don't Wanna Be Poor” were released in November 2023, followed by the albums release date in March 2024.
